Rental fees include use of venue (Hostetler Gallery and/or patio), 1-hour gallery viewing, and event security. Rental fees do not include food, beverages or equipment rental (tables, chairs, linens, etc.). Our preferred caterers (listed below) can provide detailed quotes for these items.
Rental fees are based on a 5-hour event window. Prices are subject to change without notice.
All facility rentals require a $1,000 security deposit taken 45 days before your event.

Hostetler Gallery - $2,450
Patio (when rented with Hostetler Gallery) - $500
Patio (when rented without Hostetler Gallery) - $750
*Pation space can be tented for an additional charge

Additonal Rates
- Early closing (before 5 p.m. on Tuesday - Thursday and Saturday; before 8 p.m. on Friday) - $150 per hour
- Midnight Closing - $100
- Exended Gallery Viewing - $100 per hour
- Artwork Removal - $500 *Depending on the Museum's exhibition schedule, artwork may need to be moved to ensure its safety and accommodate your event.
