At Your Event

The Museum can accommodate up to 175 people for a seated dinner and up to 225 for a cocktail reception. Our patio, overlooking Wilder Park, is available for additional space during your event and can be tented to seat an additional 40 seated or 80 for a ceremony, dancing or reception. EAM’s galleries are open and available for your guests’ enjoyment during your event…and our experienced event staff is always happy to help.

Caterers

EAM is pleased to offer catering by Blue Plate Catering, Café AmanoChow and Food for Thought.

If you have a caterer in mind who is not on the list, EAM reserves the right to meet and interview your caterer, request references and review licensing, regulations and fees.

*Includes security, photo permit & artwork removal fees, 2 hours of gallery viewing, use of Skycube Pavilion & McCormick House (8-hour rental, 5 pm-1 am)

Carney Gallery $750

General Usage

The museum is available for rentals based on our exhibition schedule.  Elmhurst Art Museum welcomes weddings, private and corporate meetings, parties, memorial services and special celebrations. EAM reserves the right of refusal for rental events that do not comply with Museum policies.

Elmhurst Art Museum welcomes the opportunity to advance public recognition and awareness of the visual arts, Museum programs, and collection by opening our facilities for event rentals. Elmhurst Art Museum’s event rentals augment the Museum’s mission by opening our facilities for events after normal operational hours, allowing the public access to the exhibition space and architecturally significant facility during events. Rental privileges are extended to Individuals, social clubs and organizations, corporations, businesses, and non-profit organizations.
